Rikyukura aims to revive Sakai, once Japan's leading sake producer, by offering products that restore and reconstruct the history and traditions of Sakai's sake. We brew special sake using an unprecedented method called "eight-stage brewing." We also have a selection of liqueurs with uniquely Japanese flavors.
