Dylan Jones
Chotto Motto
Dylan Jones is the co-owner of Chotto Motto. Born in Melbourne, Dylan has always been captivated by Japanese culture having spent a lot of time in his youth in Japan due to his mother operating a Japanese teacher exchange program business.
This experience and his love of food was the impetus for Dylan to make a complete career 180 in 2019 leaving his job as a software engineer to open Chotto Motto - a Japanese restaurant specialising in Gyoza in Crispy Chill Oil - with his business partner and executive Chef Tomoya Kawasaki.
When he's not at the restaurant Dylan likes to spend time in nature or working in various electronics projects.
