Straight To The Source
Amy Colli is an advocate for local food producers, agritourism and industry development, particularly in the Northern Rivers of NSW where she was born and is located today.
Following a Bachelor of Business in Tourism at SCU, Amy pursued her passion for hospitality and moved to the Riverina region of NSW to immerse herself in wine and food industries, became a restaurant reviewer, taught hospitality at TAFE and hosted hospitality tours for rural students to major capital cities.
In Amy's role with national company Straight To The Source, she supports local producers, farmers and chefs to increase their local food footprint. She also uses her experience to help farmers to find opportunities in agritourism, diversifying their on farm income.
