Putting on a show in 2015
Media Release
After celebrating an incredible 30th birthday in Melbourne last year, the nation’s largest food service event returns to Sydney in 2015. Making its way to a city known for its love of fresh produce, great hospitality, and a love of fine food, Sydney is set to welcome Fine Food Australia with open arms – and kitchens.
Given the sporting nature of many of Fine Food Australia’s competitions, the marathon effort that exhibitors and attendees alike put into making the most of the event, Sydney Olympic Park is a fitting home for this year’s event. Known for showcasing the best national and international talent, if the venue is good enough for the likes of Soundgarden and the country’s AFL superheroes, it’s good enough for the best in the food business too!
Across the four-day event, the Sydney show promises the best of the food service industry with a line-up of new features and interactive session designed to help every facet of the industry make the most of their experience.
Event Director Minnie Constan says, “We can’t wait to get to Sydney to showcase the evolution of Fine Food Australia. We have some great new stage presentations, exhibitors and sessions planned which is a demonstration of the show’s ongoing relevance to the industry. We are committed to the ongoing evolution of this show to reflect industry needs and demands.”
Fine Food Australia is the country’s largest and most relevant food and hospitality event, showcasing everything from specialty and bulk foods, beverages, cooking and hospitality equipment and machinery, to bakery products, coffee and emerging food trends. The event offers one on one sessions with industry leaders, educational classes, demonstrations, and competitions, as well as the opportunity to build relationships, drive business, and be inspired about the industry.
