Fine Food Australia 2013 Opens in Sydney
One thousand stands, big name chefs and industry pioneers gathered at Fine Food Australia today for the hospitality industry's biggest event of the year.
Occupying the entire capacity of the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, FFA provided visitors with an opportunity to see the latest products and equipment all under the one roof.
Day one highlights included sugar mastermind Emmanuele Forcone creating a sugar sculpture at the Les Toques Blanches Chef Theatre, The Creat Aussie Pie Competition, Bake Skills and Food 4 Thought.

Fine Food Australia will be open at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition until Thursday the 12th of September from 10am-5pm daily.
