Dinko Tuna is base in Port Lincoln South Australia. Produce tuna sashimi grade export to Japan. In 2019 we launched SBT tuna -cryogenic liquid nitrogen frozen to -60C in 45 minutes. Capture freshness, texture, colour and taste, once thaw is same as fresh tuna. Which is now available year round for restaurants to have SBT tuna on the menu.
